you guys need to do something i am not going to pay my bill that is due after novermber i am not able to even turn my sim on properly for otp so do somthing

So....what is the issue exactly? If you haven't paid your bill since November then your account is likely suspended. So the sim won't connect to the network to receive a otp as the bill isn't paid....can you clarify a bit more?

i am outside canada right now and everytime i had to access my accounts i need otp because of which i had to  turn my sim on so that incufrrs a charge of 16$ every time i turn on . after repeated attempts to schedule a call back even koodo is not able to reach me even though i have to pay 16$ for the day i scheduled a call back as to keep my sim on

PS. their network is so bad the otp reach every about 30 mins to 1 hour later which is then of no use to me
