I did not chose for international roaming. Koodo charged me for international roaming for 110 CAD. I want to fix my bill. I can’t able to get help through Koodo Assist, I need some representative help me. What is the option ?

Through Koodo assist, you can set a call back. Then you can talk to a rep to address your issue.

To confirm, did you travel internationally and use your phone plans features? If so, then you would be charged for your usage and the charges would be valid. If you didnt use your plan (calling, texting, data, and voicemail) then it could be due to data leakage and that can be disputed.

With Easy Roam, you only get charged a daily fee as opposed to pay per use fees which are much more expensive, so it saves you a lot more.
