Billing issue

I saw that Koodo increased my monthly bill for the mobile plan from $29 to $36. I transferred my number to another operator with lower price and cancelled the plan with Koodo.

Do I need to pay the current bill and I will be refunded since the current bills has been issued for February-March?

Yes, pay the current February-March bill to close your account; porting out cancels future service, but doesn’t erase issued charges or trigger automatic refunds for postpaid plans.

Check your detailed PDF bill in Self Serve (pages 3-4) for the exact proration. There should be a last bill generated once you ported out that will say if you owe anything or not.
