Billing isse - pre-authorized

My account is set up for pre-authorized payment, and I had no problem until now.

This month money was withdrawn on Jan 5th and the due date is 12th. However, the billing overview shows I still owe the whole amount and 'Please pay in full by due date.' 

I wonder what's wrong??

We have looked into it and we can confirm the current bill that has been issued 3 days ago is due next month on 12. The info in self serve might not be updated yet as the bill date was very recently, but this should get updated properly in a few days..

Hello, I have authorized the pre-authorized paiment and got $10 deduction every month but suddenly this month, the bill is not as usual even though I did not do anything. I wonder why this is happening.

Did you check page 3-4 of your detailed billing breakdown to see what changed? Did you review the previous bill on the last page to see if your rate plan got a notification for a  price increase?

We have looked into it and we see that pre-authorized payment method has been changed back in January and the current method is not eligible for the autopay discount. 

To receive the autopay discount starting with the next bill, you would need to switch to pre-authorized bank payments. More info can be found here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/auto-pay-discount
