Billing Increases

I don’t have a bank account so I cannot sign up for this payment method - my bill has increased TWICE - one for not signing up with bank account, and now for increased charges - I don’t even need 10GB but can’t get anything lower.  Can NEVER reach anyone at KOODOS by phone, so disappointing

Did you check your previous bill? There should be a section in small print at the bottom of the last page of your bill notifying you of the rate increase.

There are quite a few no fee options for bank accounts you can register if you’d like to get the $10 discount for preauthorized payment and remain on postpaid. 

If your plan requirements are very basic, I suggest switching to Koodo prepaid options. If you want to stay within the Telus umbrella, Public Mobile also has some slightly better options and is all prepaid. You can get $21 with 500MB without automatic topup, $25 for 23GB on Koodo prepaid. There’s $20 for 500MB and $23 for 2GB and $26 for 5GB on Public.
