When you login to your self serve account and download your detailed pdf ebill, do you see your plan price increase or is this due to another charge that is causing a higher bill? It is recommended that you also compare this ebill to your past pdf ebills.
That is correct. You can refer to the section in small print at the bottom of the last page of your previous bill notifying you of the rate increase.
