Billing has charged me for 4 instead of 2 connections as well as activation fee

I was charged for 4 connections instead of 2. I ported my number but I see 4 connections in my bill for the whole month. My connection fee was supposed to be waived as per the rep. But it was charged as well

You were likely billed for 4 connections due to a system error or duplicate activations; the activation fee should be waived if promised by a rep. To resolve this, I falgged a rep on the community to review and correct your bill by removing the extra connections and the activation charge. Credits are typically applied to your account rather than reissuing a new bill. Check your account history for any adjustments after the correction.
