Billing Dispute

I can tell from reading a few posts that Koodo is a shitty company to deal with, zero customer service, no point in leaving any message to try and fix biling issues because noone will ever reply.   I’ll go back to my mobile phone provider and ask them to change my provider.

Most people only come to the forum when they have issues though. I assume your current carrier is spotless and has perfect customer service? May I know which carrier it is?

My current carrier is Koodo.   My past carrier was Virgin.  Who had real people on the other end of their chat.  There was also a phone number you could call into, too. Can't say they were perfect Dihn but they were not a zero.

Oh ok, do you have any billing issue on your current bill?  Or was it just a rant before going back to Virgin?

Oh yes. I have a billing dispute with Koodo  and nowhere to bring it to. I'm pissed.
