billing dispute

Billing issues my bill should come 77 every month after including tax which is committed by sales person but deducting from my account 103 cad,

Are you a new customer? have you got a chance to download the PDF bill in self-serve and check the page 3 and 4 of it for more detail?

There are a few possible reasons:

  1. A credit has not yet been applied to your account, in which case, it will likely show up on your next bill or the one after that.
  2. You are getting your first bill, which includes partial charges from the date of activation until the start of your bill cycle, as well as charges for your first full month of service.
