I’m posting a screenshot of a message that pops up every time I hit billing details for my account. I got a text telling me my bill is ready to go (my first bill) but can’t access my bill details. Weird thing is I also have my mothers account attached to my self serve before I even got my account. (That’s a whole other weird issue I’m having) but I can see the billing details for her account but when I try to load my account bill this is the message I get. (See photo) does anyone know what this means. Is it an issue on my end?  

 

Does it do the same thing while on desktop? 


@TMack88 There was another thread here discussing the same issue.  It appears in some unique circumstances certain browser versions trigger this error for some reason.  It could happen on any site. Have you tried a different browser?

Thanks for posting the link to that thread. I couldn’t find it on my own so I posted my own. According to that thread it seems to be a new customer thing and should resolve itself after the first billing cycle. Interestingly I get no error for my moms account bill on safari (her account is a few years old) but I get this error for my accounts bill. Further backing the claims of a new customer issue posted in that other thread. I will try again next month and see if the issue persists. Thank you.
