Billing Correction

I have an autistic child with a phone for texts and local calls. No data or anything. Just WiFi. Somehow hes called Nashville a few times and just let the phone play music for hours. Looking at over $1000 from this cycle. Is there anyone I can contact for help or are we just stuck here? His phone shouldn't even do this. I need a human who works for Koodo

Hi there,

As the calls were made, and they will incur charges if long distance is not included with your plan, you will have to dispute the issue via a callback rep. This would not be something that can be disputed here.

You can schedule a callback using koodo assist and following the chat bot prompts to schedule a call to dispute the charges. If the rep cant help then its possible their loyalty department can be reasoned with. Feel free to use the link below.

Also, after you talked to a rep, it might be better if you consider to get a prepaid plan for your child.

With a prepaid plan, you can't go over your limit or inccur any extra cost.
