Hello,

I scheduled to cancel my wireless service starting December 1, 2025.

However, I have received a bill for the period November 22 – December 21, 2025. Could you please clarify: Should I pay this bill first and then receive a refund for the unused period after December 1? Or is there another recommended way to handle this billing situation?

You'll want to pay the bill for the period up to your cancellation date. After you cancel, Koodo will prorate your charges and refund any unused days if the amount is over $5. The refund usually shows up within a week after your final bill.

If you see a charge for the full period after your cancellation, check your final bill for a credit or refund for the unused days. If it’s not there, log in to your self-serve to see the detailed breakdown.
