You can make payment arrangements in your self serve account once you are past due.

Hey, I get wanting payment arrangements, but as a fellow customer here on the community, I can’t access accounts or set that up.

Log into Self Serve on koodomobile.com to make a payment right away or check options there; it’s the spot for payment plans, one-time payments, or Pre-Authorized Debit setup.

If you’re seeing an overdue notice or bill shock, grab your detailed PDF bill (pages 3-4 show the breakdown) and reply with what exactly is showing up. Proration on first bills is common.

For arrangements, you’ll need to handle it directly in Self Serve or wait for any automated notices. What plan are you on, and what’s the bill amount looking like?
