I am wondering when and why my monthly fee went from $28 monthly to $40. I have never seen anything saying that there would be a change

We have looked into it and we can see there was initially a bill credit for 7 months to offset the connection fee. After these 7 months, the bill got back to the regular cost.
We recommend downloading and checking the previous bills in self serve for more details.
