 Why was I charged roaming charges when i purchased  a package US7PASS. I repeated this package twice so I would not be charged roaming charges

How many times did you purchase the US Roaming Travel Pass?

Were you charged the Easy Roam rate for the entire trip?

If you are referring to the number ending in 03, we can only see the US roaming travel pass added once, as it is shown on the 7’th page of the released invoice.   As soon as the period for the travel pass ended, you were charged Easy Roam fees.

I added the travel pass on January 26and again on February 2. 


I was then charged roaming on the 2,3,4, 5and 6. 


I even have the confirmation saved on cell phone. To say that I successfully added the USAeasy roam travel pass to my account

Darius, I have confirmation in a text message the I successfully added the USA Travel PASS on January 26 and then again on February 2


We checked your account and we can see the 7 day pass being added on January 26 for both lines, with email confirmation but we’re not seeing another pass being added afterwards.

You mentioned receiving SMS confirmation, do you have a screenshot we can look into? Please cover any sensitive information as this is a public forum, thank you!

Not sure if I have the requested screenshot of the confirmation that I did add the USA7PASS attached correctly. Will await your response.

Did you actually use the travel pass on Jan 26?

It sounds like the travel pass may not have been fully used before you added it again
