Why did I not receive a notification alert by email for my last bill, I am now faced with a late charge. I have been receiving the alerts since I switched to KOODO last summer.

When you login to self serve go  Billing - - > Bills - - > Billing Notifications 

Are the notifications boxes checked?


That was the first thing I checked, my email was checked…. as it always has been. 


Did you search your spam folder and deleted emails to see if it accidentally ended up in the wrong area?


All folders have been searched with negative results….


Perhaps your email got lost in the void, that can happen. Unfortunately I don't think there is much that can be done. Have you enabled text reminders as well?


I saw a post where someone  refreshed the billing notifications, this was supposed to rectify the problem.  I will also enable the text reminders as well. Will just keep my fingers crossed..
