billed twice


Would Koodo deduct excess amount that was initially billed twice for this month bill?

We have looked into it and based on the account details, there is one payment  received by Koodo for the February bill (payment was received on March 12). The second payment posted on March 14 was reversed on March 18.

Hi there,

The billing system is automated, so rarely if ever are people double billed for your monthly service.

When you download your PDF bill through self serve, it outlines all of your monthly charges. Does it show anything additional to your regular monthly bill? What is the charge you were billed twice for?

I paid manually from my checking account and it also automatically debited my checking account

When did you make the manual payment? Was this after the automatic payment went through? And does your self serve currently read a balance of $0 or does it show money owing or a credit?

Manual payment was made first

Manual payment made first on March, some days after automatic payment was taken out by koodo. My account currently shows payment to be made on April 21 a bill- 128.24. Would the manual payments be used to pay this current bill.

If this was in regards to your previous post in the link then according to the koodo rep your balance was cleared by the auto payment. If your manual payment you had made went through, it would have been showing as a credit on your account until the next bill was issued.

If there was a credit, it would have been used towards your next bill. So if there is a remaining balance currently owed, you have to pay what remains.
