I have been billed for calls made to a number in Frisco, TX. I called the number and it was a personal cell. How do i get these charges reversed?

the issue is resolved. It’s a case of someone living in one place with a number from another place which led to confusion.

Double-check your detailed bill online to see exactly when and what calls were charged then look on your phone to see if you made those calls. Sometimes numbers get spoofed or your phone might’ve been used without you knowing.

I didn’t speak to anyone.
I used the chatbot which said that they would forward my issue to a rep and I would hear back.
I did not make these calls. I called the number and did not know the person on the other end (and he didn’t know me).
I will connect with Koodoo Assist and hope this can be resolved
