Today, i got my bill around 85$. But my plan was for only 39$. Why should i pay 85$ approx instead of 39$ plan. When i purchased the sim from the store, they told me that i have to pay only 39$ for my plan and other charges was laid off.

Have you looked at page 3 of your ebill? This should give you a breakdown of all the charges.

Here, they charged me for connection fee. But the store employee said that there will be no connection fee for you.


I would go back to the store and ask them why you are charged for it then.

It will be much easier for them to call into customer service to have it credited than for you to convince customer service that it shouldn’t have been charged.

You did get a credit of $39 which almost covers the connection fee so may the rep said something like “i’ll give you something to cover most of the connection fee” but just wasn’t very clear about it but yea, I’d visit the store again.
