For some reasons, I paid my bill twice in February. And again, I paid my bill one more time in March. Do I have to pay the April bill. I’m a monthly customer.

If you have a credit amount on your account, then you just need to pay a different.
Login to your self serve and check your E-bill to see the charges.
You can see in self-serve once you log in what your outstanding amount is. It’ll also let you know what you owe so you can see that you will or will not pay for the upcoming bill.
