I am the owner of the 4 plans on my account for my family.

For some reason the Billing notification was texted to one of the other plan users. How do I stop this?

I should be the only one getting the billing information as no one else should have access to this.

You should be able to select which number you want  notifications to be sent. I only have one number under my account. But you should see 4 numbers to select from. Go to self-serve → Billing → Bills Tab →  Billing Notifications…
