Bill for November is now available and overcharged on European Travel Pass

Hello, the November bill is now out and there is an extra $60 charge on there for October 21. I private messaged earlier but have not heard back. Can you please assist.

When you say there is an extra $60 charge, do you mean that you were charged twice (2x$60) and you only bought it once? Or that you didn’t buy it at all?

I was charged twice on my bill, ​@Flo Koodo helped me out with the same problem last month.

Did you send the Travel pass text twice?  Or did you get 2 confirmation texts about the travel pass you texted for?

@Dennis  Travel Pass was renewed correctly each time. ​@Flo Koodo knows about the issue from before.
