i got a bill for March for 171.58 but i transferred my phone number to Telus in February. Can you explain what am I charged for and why do I have to pay?

Does the bill include any remaining tab or tab bonus charges? As you will be charged the remainder of these when you transfer to another provider, even if it is Telus. It would be this plus a partial monthly plan charge in addition to any other outstanding charges like roaming etc.
