Hey There,

I”ve just received my new Koodo sim in the mail but have been charged since Dec 16th.

Are you able to assist with a credit as I’ve not used the device since then till today.

When did you sign up and when did you receive a SIM?

Signed up December 15, got the sim Dec 28 due to the holidays
