bill credit

Got my first bill. My $20 credit was applied to the first month partial charges on the original number but when I switched it to my own number the $20 credit was not applied to full month of January. Can anyone sort this out for me.

As far as I know, the  bill credit was applied per bill, not by number. I suggest you check the page 4 of the pdf bill to see more detail and billing cycle of your current account 

Bill credit was definitely applied for partial month of charges but not for the month of January which would be the first full month of billing.

Well, how many bill did you receive from Koodo so far this month?

Can you post a screen shot of your current detailed pdf ebill (page 3or4) with your personal info blacked out?

Thank you for the screen shot. 

I assume this is for the same line with a number change/porting. So for the partial charge shows a $20 credit for Jan2-Feb1.

This is why for your current phone number there is no $20 credit for the same Jan2-Feb1 period.
