I canceled my service and Koodo is trying to make me pay twice the tab price and they wonder why they lose customers. Very poor service from their salesman . Very unprofessional service

Could you share a screenshot of your bill showing that you have to pay the tab twice?

Is it the tab twice or the tab and remaining tab bonus (since you cancelled early)?

Hi ​@Dkeel ,

When an account gets cancelled before the 24 month term, both the tab and the tab bonus will be placed automatically on the final bill.

In order to check the full details of the charges, we would recommend downloading the bill as PDF.

If I was told that when I first was getting the phone I would have gone with a different company, who reads a five page contract , I didn’t have my lawyer present at the time I signed the agreement nor did the salesman tell me that,

Always read before you signed.  Also other providers also have the Tab Bonus as well.  Otherwise people sign up for discounted phones and cancel right away
