Why do I keep getting charged twice in a row ? I can't afford it. I'm going 2 have 2 find a different dealer if this keeps up. I'm on a tight budget

Have you checked your pdf bills to see the breakdown?

Are you just getting bills that are double what they should? That usually is a sign of paying the previous month too late and then it carries over to the next month’s bill. Sometimes the payment processes after the next bill is generated which gives the illusion that you owe more than you do as well. Self serve will be your friend to see the most up to date amount owed.

Which plan are you currently on, and how much did your rate plan increase?

One way to find a cheaper option is to try changing the plan in Self‑Serve. Have you had a chance to look into that?
