why have our bills gone up this month?

There are many possibilities. The quickest way to find out is to download the PDF bill and check the page 3 and 4 of it https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills? 

The PDF bill should have detail break down of the charge. If you still have question, you could also post a snapshot of those page here, someone might be able to assist. Make sure you hide all personal information before doing so.
