koodo charged 865 dollars me for calling overseas without letting me know that they're gonna charge me for that because I thought that's included in my pack. What can we do now to get that money back from company?

Which country was it? And which plan are you on? If possible can you post a snapshot of your addon where it showed list of the countries? Hide/delete all personal information before posting please
