I signed up 30$/60G plan, but the first bill shows only 10$ Pre-Authorized Payments Discount, not contains 10$ 24 months discount, please check it.

@ppggeng

We have looked into it and we can confirm the bill credit has been applied to your bill, feel free to check page 6 of your PDF bill.

@Blue_sky  Same for you, the bill credit is displayed on your bill, page 4.

Please take into account that the first bill is usually higher due to the prorated charge from the activation until the billing date. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/your-koodo-bill-after-youve-activated-a-new-account-or-added-a-new-line

Hi there,

have you downloaded and checked your PDF bill if it includes the credit?

Note that on your first bill after singing up or if you change your plan, you will be subject to a partial monthly plan charge. The credit may have just covered this and in bill overview it may not seem as you expect.

You can check the full PDF bill by following the steps here:

I am seeing the same thing. It is showing only one credit pf $10 not two credits of $10,$10=$20 dollars. I checked the invoice. I am not sure this is a service to keep if the charges are not modified. Who to reach out to?

I believe a new thread is better, many posts said this situation, they may not have time to reply

@Blue_sky if you can create your own thread, it would make it easier for those trying to help. If you do, others and I can help you there so there isn’t a large amount of information for multiple people on the same thread

correct 😅

and to confirm when you check your original contract documentation it shows that the credit was supposed to get added? If not that is ok as it may not show sometimes but the more information the better.

Interesting! Thank you for the extra information.

In that case I will flag a rep to take a look. From “Starting with your next bill” I presume they meant the one after this one as it is your first and credits sometimes take a cycle to show, but the rep should be able to clarify if there is an issue. 🙂

Thank you very much, I thought the next bill is the first bill, because at that time I didn't have any bill. I hope the rep could clarify this issue.

No problem! In case you missed it, Flo looked into the issue and can see the credit was applied to your bill. In the PDF Bill the credit should be reflected on page 6. Going forward it should also apply for the next 24 months. 🙂
