Big problem with this service.

Spent way too much of my own time dealing with this teams complete incompetence. They added amazon prime onto my account without any consent. Said they'd credit me for it but have not done so fully. Was told my December bill would be down to 50 dollars tax in. Of course when I get the bill it was 80. What else is new. Now I have to spend more of my own time dealing with this issue. Dealing with this has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I will be getting rid of Koodo as soon as possible.

Do you remember if you were given a 3-month trial? Have you tried cancelling the Amazon Prime subscription on your Self-Serve account? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/amazon-prime

It's dealt with now after several hours of frustrating dealings with your customer service reps and the Koodo assist. Absolutely useless. Ask for a rep, is this your number? Oh sorry that function doesn't work right now. Would you like to schedule a call? Is this the right number? Oh sorry that function doesn't work right now. Get the picture? Absolute nightmare to get something fixed that should have never happened and I still feel like I didn't get the correct compensation for YOUR mistake. It's insane. The way this operates is absolutely mental.
