Spent way too much of my own time dealing with this teams complete incompetence. They added amazon prime onto my account without any consent. Said they'd credit me for it but have not done so fully. Was told my December bill would be down to 50 dollars tax in. Of course when I get the bill it was 80. What else is new. Now I have to spend more of my own time dealing with this issue. Dealing with this has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I will be getting rid of Koodo as soon as possible.
