being overcharged

Hi Team,

Please am writing for cancellation of the overpayment bill of over $61 which is caused by the loss of my former credit card attached on my self service for my monthly payment, I recently got another credit card and I have added please kindly pardon for the missed date as am an international student with three kids and have a lot of bills on me, thanks.

Unfortunately, you will need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to see if they can waive the charges. https://Koo.do/Chat

If you are unable to pay your past due balance in full, you may need to set up a payment arrangement on your Self-Serve to keep your service. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill
