Being charged for bill for the month i was not even koodo cutromer

I transfered my number from another provider to Koodo on Friday 13th in March 2026, Now after 7 days I have bill for march month which is 38.26 dollars. How that can be corrected as I it is charged wrongly.

Depending on the billing cycle that was assigned, the first invoice can be released before a full month has passed. With postpaid services, you pay for the number of days that the services were used plus one month in advance.

I have set auto payment by adding void cheque information but it says “pay now” . How the auto payment works ? or do i have to make manual payment each month?

Hi there,

Once auto-pay via a bank account has been setup, the balance gets taken out approximately 15 days before the amount is due. This can vary based on weekends, holidays etc. 

If this is your first payment, I suggest you manually pay the balance this one time as it can take up to the next billing cycle for autopay to come into effect. This way, you avoid any late fees, but going forward it should be automatically withdrawn if you have set it up.
