bank not on list

Hi I'm trying to set up my bank account for preauthorise payment so I can receive my discount.but when I do a search my bank is not listed(Libro credit union)so I tried to enter manually and it won't go through. I have the void cheque so I know I did everything right. I tried the assist but they're useless and sent me in circles could someone here please help

Did you fill in the institution number correctly when you are setting up the pre-authorized payments on your account? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments

Yes a couple times. I had check ✅ marks on it until I filled in my account #and wouldn't go through acct box was red

By any chance are you using a VPN on your device? Also, can you try doing it in incognito mode in your web browser to see if that can help?

If that doesn't work, indeed you need a rep to assist, either here or by scheduling a callback.

You may also want to try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser or logging in to your Self-Serve account with another device.
