Warning to everyone to not use automatic payments because Koodo has taken a payment out a week early without notice which caused me to have another payment bounce and cause me to pay for 2 nsf fees.

They mentioned they might withdraw the money 15 day before the billing date. Did they do that in your case? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments?
As of now, I would recommend you schedule a call back to Koodo and ask a rep to see if they could help with the NSF fee.
