auto pay discount

Hi, I am a new user. I have already set up pre authorized payment but one of my three lines did not show $10 auto pay discount on my first bill. Kindly assist.

Can you share the detail of the plan? As well, when did you activate it? Koodo only provide credit for a full billing cycle. If you activate it in middle of billing cycle, you wouldn't receive it

Does the auto-pay discount show on the other two lines? Also, the third line, the one that does not show the discount, was it added later on or in the same time as the other two lines? Was it a port in number or a new number provided by Koodo when the account was activated?

I signed up my first line and auto payment on 3/14. Added two lines on 3/15. All three lines are having the same 20GB $23.75/mo plans. When I checked billing online today, the first bill is due on Apr. 13th and one of the line did not show $10 auto pay discount but the other two did with $20 discount.

Hi. Yes , the other two lines show auto pay discount. 
The line does not show auto pay discount was added after setting up pre authorized payment and Its a Koodo number.

Yes, we were having issues when setting up the number in the beginning. Then we have changed to a new number on 3/18.

It sounds like the number change may have messed with the auto pay credit. Did you get this resolved yet?
