I bought a plan on Black Friday, and it did indicate that I was eligible for:

Additional discount of $10/mo when you set up auto-pay by bank account.
I did set up auto-pay by bank account. However, on my first bill I saw the total charge and not the discount was applied. The self-serve FAQ page was not helpful to show what to do when its not applied, yet I have a plan that was eligible.
Greatly appreciate your insight on what I can do. I am a new customer.
