My plan offers a $10 credit for auto-pay. Under billing in self serve I see the Bank and Credit Card options. So if I use my credit card will I get the $10 bill credit.

Ah yes, so the option to use that as a payment method is still available to you, however, that may not necessarily mean you will still receive the auto pay discount.

The auto pay discount will depend on the plan be it if it is one that is applicable for either auto pay by bank account or by pre authourised debit / credit, though the second has been phased out a bit

If you follow this link and get to the "change my plan" step, when you see your plan when you go to change it what does it say? It should tell you there what it is applicable for. An example is my plan in the image below.

Hi there,

To receive the autopay credit it has to be auto payment via bank account. You will not receive the discount if you set it up with the credit card option.

To setup autopay, you can follow the steps below if you choose. Once setup, you will begin to receive the credit starting the next billing cycle.

That is not the case with my account. I was initially setup through my bank and when I went to review my billing options I saw the credit card option. So I gave it a try and it  worked. Like you I was confused so I switched back to my bank until I had some type of clarification.

Hmm I see. For your plan does it say if the credit is for auto pay by bank account or does it say a discount for autopay by credit card / pre authorised debit?

Recently there has been a change where most plan options offer a discount with the bank account setup, however, i do belive some plans with the preauthorised debit / credit card option are still around.

Here is what I see:

Switch to credit card

Make automatic payments using your Visa Debit card, Debit Mastercard, or any approved Canadian credit card.
