Charged for amazon prime, while never using the service. Finally have cancelled it, but the free trial actually just caused me to have to pay multiple months of charges. I understand I can’t get past refunds but I feel like their should be more clarity moving forward.

This happens for any and every subscription service. The responsibility is on you to cancel.
If you are like me who never remembers and always forgets, I tend to shy away from all free trials for that reason.
