Always charge incorrect cost (Data & SMS) in the Koodo's statement


Koodo has already charged me the incorrect costs in 2 time last month and refunded to me in this month.  But l also see the cost be charged again in this month.

Hi there @CCHOW  If you check your bills, you will see that you were charged twice and received the credit for them on your most recent bill.  You had one charge show up on your last bill and one charge on your most recent one, only because of the billing cycle..  Your subscription was canceled on July 4th.

We can see that there was about a third party app purchase/ subscription, that is already canceled, as per your interaction with our customer care in July.

The charges on the last bill were already triggered when you had the interaction with our customer care.
