Additional stream+ charge on bill

Hello,

I signed up for stream+ in September and I have been charged twice for the service. My stream+ wasn’t working initially but someone from Koodo corrected it. When I look at extra charges there seems to be several stream+ reversals but one of the charges still remains.

I would like it corrected.

@Pyreight - I looked over your invoice and the reason why it looks like 2 charges is because of when Stream+ was added. 

Your bill cycle ends on the 27th of every month. Since Stream+ was only added on Sep 1st it means we didn’t meet the cut off to include it on that invoice. That is why you see 2 charges with 2 different dates.

Sep 1 to Sep 27
Sep 28 to Oct 27

Hope that helps explain the proration :)
