I have been charged additional charges on my bill for messaging. As far as I know , I have not done any US texts. I wish to know what those numbers were

Did you see the details on your bill for which outgoing messages you were charged for and match up with your phone’s SMS app? Are you on an international SMS or Canadian SMS only plan?
First login to self serve and confirm on your detailed pdf ebill what the additional charges are specifically for.
If it is indeed for texting, you can go into your usage in self serve and find the text that resulted in a charge. Is the number a Canadian number?
