Additional Charges and Credits.

To start. My Perk is Unlimited text/pictures to the US. This month I rec’d my bill and under “additional charges and credits”, there is a value indicating I owe ~$12. When I drill down on that, there are a number of lines indicating text and picture charges with $0 value. So...what am I being charged for? TIA

Hi @3stepping

We have looked into it and the charged was incurred before we helped with the perk in February. After we fixed the perk issue on your account, no further charge was incurred for text messages to US.

We have just adjusted the bill since the charge was incurred to the perk issue, feel free to check the details in self serve.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

The screenshot above is the summary one. There will be more detail if you can download the PDF bill.

Are you traveling anywhere near US border recently?

Did you recently change your plan?

Thanks for the replies. Not been anywhere near the border and no, my plan has not changed. I did however find this on the PDF (thanks again)...but makes no sense since my perk has always been the unlimited texts
