Sir please reactivate my Koodo service.. actually I have no money to pay the bill I will pay u on 28th of February.. please allow me to reactivate my Koodo services

You’ll need to speak with someone with the billing department to work out when you can make payments to catch up on what is owed. You can dial #227 with your Koodo line, even if it’s disconnected, to speak with someone in the billing department.

Hi there,

that cannot be done on this platform. You will need to contact a rep via a callback to another number that has service or by calling *227 and ask to be put on a payment arrangement if you can’t pay the past due balance. From there, they will be able to re-activate the service and you can pay on the agreed upon date and amount.

If you cannot reach them through those methods, you can also reach a rep through Koodo’s social media pages Facebook and X(Twitter) and send them a private message. The correct profiles can be found by clicking the associated logos at the bottom of this page.
