As mentioned in title, I cannot see the pre-pay thru bank I set up this morning on my old account. Also, for info, I have added a new line in same account (SIM is in the mail) and I setup the prepay to enjoy the monthly $10.00 off new line.

We have looked into it from our end and we can see the pre-authorized bank payment has been enabled, so you should receive the autopay discount on the next bill.
Edit: We see that an email has been sent to your email address with the confirmation of the pre-authorized payment activation.
