Activated Direct Monthly Pre-Pay thru Bank. Nothing is showing up in my account nor have I received email confirming I have registred

As mentioned in title,  I cannot see the pre-pay thru bank I set up this morning on my old account.  Also, for info, I have added a new line in same account (SIM is in the mail) and I setup the prepay to enjoy the monthly $10.00 off new line.

Can you log out and login again to see if that shows up? When you "activated" the PAP last time, did you receive any notification on the screen that it was done?

I did 3-4 times, nothing.  Plus I do not recall getting any confirmation after I selected the bank and specific account to take payment from.

If you haven't reached the online confirmation page, the process might not be completed. If possible, can you clear the cache of the web browsers or use the incognito mode of it to reregister the PAP?

We have looked into it from our end and we can see the pre-authorized bank payment has been enabled, so you should receive the autopay discount on the next bill.

 

Edit: We see that an email has been sent to your email address with the confirmation of the pre-authorized payment activation.
