Hey there, 

While trying to pay my bill, I hit the "pay tab balance" button. Can I reverse this? Please help!  

After you hit the Tab balance button there would be a confirmation for the payment.  Did you click that too?


No that didn't come up for me


You should be good then. I don’t think it automatically pays without a 2nd confirmation. 


Even though my tab balance now says $0?


If Tab balance shows as $0 then that is concerning.  Let me flag a rep for you

We can confirm that tab payoff has been requested and completed in self serve, please schedule a call back with the virtual assist https://koo.do/Chat , so an agent over the phone can assist with the reversal.

It is strange that there was no confirmation button after you clicked the Payoff button. Our team over the phone should be able to look into it further.
