Accidental roaming never left the country

Hi!

 

This is the 3rd time I'm asking to be reimbursed for an accidental roaming that was charged on my january bill. I asked through community before, then I talked to an agent. Every time I’m told it is fixed but I never see it on the next bill. Can someone fix this for real please?

We have looked into and we can confirm a credit was applied to your bill for the roaming charge that was incurred on the January bill.
