Accessing phone records from almost two years ago

I need to access phone records for a time period almost two years ago. How can I do that?

What records specifically are you looking for?

I found a solution (I had to request a callback from Koodo and the service rep requested a printout of the phone records for the month I needed and they will mail it to me).
