Hello. 

I have to pay bill is little bit go up. 

Until last month 52.03 but this month 54.25

I’ve been paying at a fixed cost so far. 

I just wondering why it went up. 

 

 

There are many potential reasons for that. Could you do to selfserve and download the pdf bill? The page 3 (or 4) should have some explanation. 

@Shane Kim  On your last bill you would have been notified about the below:

 “Update to your monthly rate plan. Update to your monthly rate plan. Starting in March 2022, your monthly rate plan fee will increase from $45 to $47. In accordance with the service terms, you accept the change by continuing to use the service. If you do not agree with this change, you may cancel your service without penalty within 30 days of the effective date of the change.”
