60GB CAD/US/Mex Roaming - Credit issues

Hello,

I signed up for the promotional deal on December 31, 2025. On the contract, it noted that there would be credit of $10 for 24 months. I received my first bill and it does not show the credit. I received the automated bank payment credit, but not the 24 month credit. Can someone look into this for me?

Hi there,

To confirm did you check for the credits on the PDF bill as opposed to the bill overview? As the balance owing may not reflect the credit if you have partial monthly charges etc and the credit just covers those. You can do this by following the steps below.

Yes,  I have checked the PDF bill and it is not on the PDF bill.

ok, in that case I will give a rep a nudge to take a look to see what’s going on there. Sometimes credits can take until the 2nd or 3rd cycle to apply but they can take a look.🙂

We have looked into it and we can see the bill credit appears on page 6 of your bill.

Please take into account also the prorated charges that Oliver mentioned about.

Thank you for looking into this. I guess I was confused as other carriers provide the credits before tax and not after tax. I see the credit of $8.85 before tax now.Â
